RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Black Horse takes pride in its products and we strive to provide the best possible quality and value for money. Please check your order when it arrives and before wearing.

  • OUR RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

    Black Horse is happy to accept exchanges and returns, given these following conditions are met:

    • The return is requested via the online portal within 14 days of delivery to the selected address.

    • The item has not been worn (other than to try on), washed, or worn on a horse.

    • All tags are still attached and in tact.

    • The items has not been purchased at a Saddleworld store or another retailer. (These must be returned to the store of purchase.)

    There is no refunds offered on SALE items (unless there is a manufacturing fault, and the policies above have been followed.) Store credit is only issued for the amount of a sale item if the exchange/replacement is unavailable.

    All exchanges are subject to stock availability, rain checks cannot be issued.
    Black Horse will reimburse return postage costs for customers returning a faulty item or requested items for an exchange, that are no longer available.

    All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment.

  • Phone calls have no trace and therefore return or exchanges must be lodged via our ONLINE PORTAL, as we don't want to lose your item or request.
    If you are having trouble accessing or using the new Online Returns & Exchanges portal, please email admin@blackhorseclothing.com.au to discuss your claim, so that we have evidence regarding the issue. 

    • FOR EXCHANGES:
      Our policy states that exchange postage is to be paid by the customer (other than when returning a faulty or incorrect item in which Black Horse will reimburse those postage costs.) As stated in our Returns Instructions, we kindly ask you to enclose a prepaid return satchel alongside the item you are sending back to us.
      Not including a satchel may delay your exchange process as we will need to invoice you regarding postage payment. Please make it a speedy process for the both of us and remember to include one!
      If there is a difference in price for your exchange item, we will amend the price difference as quickly as possible.

    • WHEN RETURNING ITEMS:
      You would not expect to purchase a second hand item yourself, so we kindly ask that you neatly fold return item/s inside the postage bag as close to the original shape as possible. We cannot accept scrunched or creased items as they must be suitable for resale.

    • HAVE A FAULTY ITEM?
      Please send us an email: admin@blackhorseclothing.com.au to discuss your claim.
      If an item is deemed faulty we will refund or replace the item up to 8 weeks after purchase. Garments that have been washed incorrectly or have had extreme stress on seams or zips are not considered a manufacturer fault.
      Any item that has been*worn as stated in our policy above, cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault deemed by Black Horse.
