Returns, Exchanges & Refunds


OUR POLICY

Black Horse takes pride in its products and we strive to provide the best possible quality and value for money. Please check your order when it arrives and before wearing. 
 
Black Horse is happy to exchange or refund items, given the following:
- The return is within 14 days of purchase.
- The item has not been worn other than to try on, washed, or worn on a horse.
- All tags are still attached.
- The items has not been purchased at a Saddleworld store or another retailer. (These must be returned to the store of purchase.)
 
There is no returns on sale items unless there is a manufacturing fault, and the garment has not been worn, washed and tags are still attached.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability and rain checks for items cannot be issued. Credit vouchers only can be provided for the amount of a sale item if an exchange/replacement is unavailable.
Any credits or refunds on Afterpay orders will be subject to a 6% fee to be deducted from the refund amount. No cash refunds will be issued on Afterpay transactions.

Directions to RETURN for an EXCHANGE OR REFUND.

1. Email admin@blackhorseclothing.com.au to discuss your claim, so that we have evidence regarding the issue. Phone calls have no trace and therefore you must email, as we don't want to lose your item.

2.  FOR EXCHANGES: Please enclose a prepaid return envelope as stated on returns form.
FOR REFUNDS: Skip to next step.
If you are returning due to a faulty in the item, you will be reimbursed for this postage fee.
EXCHANGES: Failing to send an envelope inside your return package will only delay your exchange as we will need to contact you regarding postage payment. Please make it a speedy process for the both of us and remember to include one!

3. You would not expect to purchase a second hand item yourself, so we kindly ask that you neatly fold return item/s inside the postage bag as close to the original shape as possible. We cannot accept scrunched or creased items as they must be suitable for resale.

4. Fill out the above "Returns Form" and enclose with your parcel so that we know who you are and what needs to be fixed.

5. If there is a difference in price for your exchange item, please supply your card details so that we can amend the price difference as quickly as possible.

PLEASE DO NOT
- Message us over Instagram or ring us to discuss exchanges/returns.
- Send a COD bag as we will not return this item to you.
 
OTHER INFOMATION
- If an item is deemed faulty we will refund or replace the item up to two months after purchase. Garments which have been washed incorrectly or had extreme stress on seams or zips are not considered a manufacturer fault.
- Any item that has been *worn, can not be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing fault deemed by us. *Worn being - if you have taken the tags off, sat on a horse wearing them or had them on for longer than 20 minutes.
