    Free shipping applies to select countries when a minimum order total has been spent:

    • AUS: Free shipping on orders $200+ AUD.

    • NZ: Free shipping on orders $250+ AUD.

    • USA & CAN: Free shipping on orders $250+ AUD.

    • UK & Europe: Free shipping on orders $300+ AUD.

    AUS SHIPPING INFO:

    We offer a flat rate shipping cost of $14 within Australia for orders worth under $200 AUD. Australia Post Express is $18.
    Our cost of postage reflects the cost of a medium AusPost prepaid satchel. Orders greater than this size do not incur any additional postage costs. There is no profit margin in our postage charge and it does not include any handling fees. 
    Standard orders will be dispatched via Australia Post within 1-4 days of purchase. AusPost Express orders will be dispatched either the same day or up to 48 hours of purchase.

  • INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

    Please note international delivery times can vary, and may have delays depending on the destination, transit limitations, and customs processing times.
    Below is a guide on what we consider standard international delivery times once the order has been dispatched.
    • ZONE 1 - NEW ZEALAND:
      4 - 7 business days.
    • ZONE 2 - ASIA PACIFIC:
      10 - 12 business days.
    • ZONE 3 - USA & CANADA:
      10 - 16 business days.
    • ZONE 4 - UK & EUROPE:
      Between 12 - 20 days.
    • ZONE 5 - REST OF THE WORLD:
      Please allow 2-3 weeks.
    Please be aware that there is the possibility a customs fee may occasionally apply to some overseas orders which is to be paid at the customer's expense; unfortunately this is beyond our control and is dependant on the specific countries tax regarding merchandise.

  • DELIVERY ISSUES:

    Customers will be contacted via email if for any reason delivery is delayed or an item is no longer available. Black Horse will make every effort to make sure the stock on hand is up to date on our website, we do apologise from time to time as our inventory tracking system on occasion faces delays and items may have sold out prior to making these updates.
