Anna Bamboo Breeches and Camille Fleeced Lined Breeches (back in stock for winter!)

My age is 25
I live Seymour, Victoria
I would describe my occupation as Personal Banker with ANZ
My favourite breeches are 'Anna'  bamboo breeches - they're high waisted with a thick waist band and are unbelievably comfortable.  I have 3 pairs in different colours.  On really cold winter days I'll wear the fleece lined Camille style.
I started riding when I was 2 years old, although I was 2 months old the first time I was placed on a horse by my Grandpa and his friend Brendan Page whilst Mum was at the supermarket.
My first pony was a black and white Thelwell style Shetland pony I renamed McGivor.
The highlight of my career so far is One event that never fails to bring back the same feeling when I look back on it is winning the Dressage Championship at the Equestrian Grand Final in Adelaide.  Hands down the largest crowd I've ridden in front of.
My secret crush is the moment it is the base player that performs with Dermot Kennedy.
My biggest riding influence is Maree Tomkinson.  As a rider and trainer she is one of the best in the country.  But also as a mentor she always has great advice and I believe has always held herself with enormous integrity.  Also, Ulla Salzgebers famous freestyle on Rusty is the first thing I fell in love with in the world of dressage, so special mention to that - you can watch it here.
The best piece of advice I have for up & coming riders is be patient, disciplined and stick to your own path.  It's easy to get caught up in comparing yourself to other riders (especially now with social media showing everyone's best 30 seconds) but you need to stay focused and do the best you can with the resources that you have.  Also while you're reaching goals and setting new ones remember to keep track and be proud of your progress, big or small.
When I'm not riding I'm making riders' freestyle music for competitions.
The word that best sums me up is Compassionate
My dirty little secret is ...It's not so secrete, but I think that Thirsty Merc is one of the most under-rated bands around.  That, and it turns out I might be a cat person after accidentally adopting two cats.  Still coming to terms with it.
My pre-comp secret weapon is music.  I have various playlists depending on my headspace whilst I'm getting ready to get on, whether I need to focus, hype up, calm down or shift my nerves to excitement.
The greatest challenge I've faced is keeping my success in the sport separate to my self worth.  Really sucks the joy out of it.
My least favourite task is unpacking after a competition.
If I won lotto I would ...I think it would be really fun to anonymously buy things people need for them.  You know someone who's car breaks down, so the next day they 'mysteriously' get a new car.  Things like that.
I would tell my 13 year old self it's OK to be proud of yourself, don't try and downplay your achievements; you worked hard for them.
You probably don't know this but  I'm pretty open about it, but amongst other things I was diagnosed with general and social anxiety 4 years ago.  At its worst I was passing out during panic attacks, which made competing and handling nerves a tricky task but thankfully now I'm a LOT better.
If my horse/s could talk he/she/they would say

I generally thing if Toti could talk she would be incredibly clever and opinionated.  She's the most human horse I've had.  Slight drama queen but also such a sweetheart.
