FAVOURITE BLACK HORSE BREECHES
Song and Aimee
GET TO KNOW ME
| My age is | 34 |
| I live | Brisbane, Queensland |
| I would describe my occupation as | Coach & Trainer at By Design Equestrian Centre |
| My favourite breeches are | 'Aimee' and 'Song' |
| I started riding when I was | 7 years old |
| My first pony | was Pablo |
| The highlight of my career so far is | Too many to choose from, but I'd have to say being selected on the Dressage Qld Elite Squad was up there. |
| My secret crush is | It's no secret, Carl Hester! |
| My biggest riding influence is | My coach, Nicole Tough |
| The best piece of advice I have for up & coming riders is | Get on your horse every chance you get, good days, bad days, in between days... just keep riding and you will get there. |
| When I'm not riding I'm | Cruising |
| The word that best sums me up is | OCD |
| My pre-comp secret weapon is | A good night's sleep. |
| The greatest challenge I've faced is | Losing Jeffrey (BD Bellissimo)... We bred him ourselves when I was 16 years old and he tokme all the way to Grand Prix. We lost him when he was 14 years old to a ruptured abdomen, it was hard to keep going after this. |
| My least favourite task is | Oiling gear. |
| If I won lotto I would | build an indoor arena! |
| I would tell my 13 year old self | What everyone else told me when I was 13, take up dressage :) |
| You probably didn't know this but | I love renovation shows. |
| If my horse/s could talk he/she/they would say |
Why you so fussy? |
